Database Designer:
1. Responsible for physical database architecture and design, development, performance tuning, implementation, and support of the applications from a database perspective.
2. Define and implement database, SQL standards and best practices.
3. Execute all changes of db schema and maintain controlled development database environment.
4. Work closely with application developers to test, configure, and optimize servers based on application demands; work with large volume, heavy load databases.
5. Conduct Code Reviews to ensure coding standards, best practices and avoid potential performance issues.
6. Create database in MySQL/ORACLE 10i/11i/MS SQL Server scripts for all objects and integrate them with source control.
7. Handle database object deployment to Integration, QA, UAT, and Production.
8. Diagnose and resolve development database issues.
9. Expert level skills in reading and writing complex stored procedures, views, and triggers.
10. Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
11. Experience writing technical documentation.
12. Good in SQL, Shell scripts, Unix commands, MySQL, Oracle, ...
13. Has given support to production databases.
14. Backup / Recovery, Data Replication, Distributed databases, Data Migration.
Web Developer & Designer Description:
1. Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of corporate collaterals including brochures, newsletters, posters, web sites, identity systems and promotional campaigns for print and web.
2. Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects.
3. Ability to create superior, original designs for the web.
4. Sound understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them.
5. Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as PHP, HTML, XML, Flash, Flash Basic Action Script, CSS, and Dreamweaver 8.
6. Possess the knowledge and experience of UI Design, Flash Banners and Web E-Mailers.
7. Ability to convert design into HTML manually, with browser compatibility.
8. Create design specifications document.
9. Create animation/ static image templates.
10. Ability to Create Dynamic pages as per need.
11. strong knowledge in one of web programming langauge like PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, JSP etc.
