Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Excellent knowledge of Flash designing techniques and Photoshop.
  2. Experience in Dreamweaver, Articulate, Powerpoint, Sound-Editing Software would be an added advantage.
  3. Domain experience in e learning
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time under short deadlines.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively with team, management and clients.
  6. Ensure all graphics share a common visual theme including consistency with colors, fonts, shapes, sizes, and relationships between graphics, and ensure compliance with company branding and Style Guides provided.
  7. Ability to recommend and create new templates, styles and layouts and other promotional materials while adhering to standards is an added bonus.

Job Description


We are in need of Flash Designers (Senior and Junior), animators, visualizers and others skilled in flash and photoshop.
  1. Designing e-learning courses in Flash for domestic and international clients.
  2. Creating graphics, animations, and interactivity for e-learning, websites, interactive kiosks and marketing & communications products.
  3. Designing and developing innovative, engaging, and effective e-learning content, courseware, job aids, and reference materials using appropriate learning methodologies.
  4. Updating existing content based on required changes/updates and end-user feedback.
