Should be a proficient Flash/2D animator/classic animation.
Should have worked in CBTs, WBTs Or E-learning.
Should have good practice of drawing and visualization.
Should possess good knowledge of Flash, Story Boarding is additional.
Candidate with knowledge of software’s like Flash, Toon Boom, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Dreamweaver, Sound forge. Will be given priority.
Should carry out the development activities within the agreed parameters and timescales
Should efficiently execute directions in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator Scale and territory indicators
Animators must have artistic ability and great command of 2D cell animation. This includes both excellent drawing skills and a thorough understanding of composition. Animators must also have a flare for storytelling.
They need a great sense of timing and pacing in order to make the characters they create believable and life-like.
Animators need extensive, up-to-date knowledge of animation software such as Flash and LightBox.
Animators, for the most part, do not work alone. They must be good at working with a team as well as with their clients. Because they work with people, animators must also have good listening, time management and reading comprehension skills.

Job Description
*To develop 2D animation, Flash Animation , Action Scripting and Web Designing for e-learning modules
*Animators may draw storyboards and create models of their characters, backgrounds (sets) and objects that belong in the set of books.
*To double check that their animation meets the script and soundtrack requirements.
* To design and animate e-learning modules.
*To work on drafts generated by writers - to create/modify figures, graphs and tables.
*Should be well-versed in graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw).
*Expert in scanning, redrawing and color correction

Knowledge in Font, PS, PDF standards, Pre-flighting, Profiles
