2. Key Performance Areas:
1) Should be able to create high end Illustrations, in the specified time of the quality required and specified by the client.
3. Key Tasks :
Charactors, background scenario's, and animations related to these elements.
4. Key Competencies:
Good sketching and Human study skills, Fast output. Excellent knowledge of Flash.
