1.Excellent knowledge of Flash and Photoshop.
2. Experience in Dreamweaver, Articulate, MS-Office (specially Powerpoint), Sound-Editing Software would be an added advantage.
3. Domain experience- e learning (not only k-12), must have worked with international clients.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time under short deadlines.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with team, management and clients.
6. Ensure all graphics share a common visual theme including consistency with colors, fonts, shapes, sizes, and relationships between graphics, and ensure compliance with company branding and Style Guides provided.
7. Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to quality.
8. Ability to recommend and create new templates, styles and layouts and other promotional materials while adhering to standards.
9.Ability to adapt to changing requirements, scope and schedule.

Job Description
1.Responsible for designing e-learning courses in Flash for international clients.
2.Create graphics, animations, and interactivity for e-learning, websites, interactive kiosks and marketing & communications products.
3. Provide multimedia support for the e-Learning development team, sales team and clients.
4. Design and develop innovative, engaging, and effective e-learning content, courseware, job aids, and reference materials using appropriate learning methodologies.
5. Update existing content based on required changes/updates and end-user feedback.
6. Carefully review and test new and revised content offerings developed as well as those from other team members. Provide meaningful feedback and offers suggestions for improvements.
